Embark on a Park or Nature Reserve Learning Journey
Participants will be led on a learning journey and their eyes and hearts will be opened to the sound of the forest with the knowledge of our native flora and fauna, local folklore and their own personal stories through years of trail guiding. Participants will also get to learn about biodiviserity, carbon sinks and the importance of co-existence between human and nature. This activity will take place at parks/nature reserves such as Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserves, Kranji Marshes, Lower Peirce Reservoir, Pasir Ris Mangrove, Labrador Coastal Walk, Sentosa Imbiah Trail & Pulau Ubin. (Duration depends on route chosen. Fee typically ranges from SGD600 - SGD1800 depending on route chosen, subject to min. charge of SGD500 per group. Transportation costs not included.)

Make Your Own Kalimba
A kalimba is an African musical instrument with a wooden soundboard and metal keys. Participants will learn to make one at this workshop using local wood. Its soothing sounds will be yours to keep. Participants will learn how to use a table saw, how to mark out on a material correctly, use a power drill, sanding techniques and finishing. (*If you have less than 15pax, we are still able to conduct the workshop. The minimum spend would be 15pax to start the class e.g. if you have 7pax, we will charge for 15pax. If you’d like to utilise our showroom space for some refreshments after your workshop, we offer a rate of SGD200/hour (U.P SGD250/hour). This rate only applies to the usage of the space. This guided workshop will begin with an introduction on what forest bathing is and nature's impacts on well-being and health. Participants will then be guided into an immersive and therapeutic forest bathing experience facilitated by certified forest therapy guide(s). Through a series of slow and sensory activities, participants will explore what it means to connect with themselves, one another, and their environment with their senses. In this journey, they will learn how to slow down, and also discover aspects of nature, wellbeing and personal stories that matter to them. Sharing circles are an integral part of guided nature and forest bathing experiences, where group connections are naturally fostered. No prior experience is required, and everyone is welcome.
