This introductory workshop combines theory and the experience of rest. The different types of rest and their benefits are introduced, and common misconceptions about rest are clarified. Participants will then be guided through a mindful rest practice that provides them with a first-hand experience of selected types of rest. The experiential component may include exercises such as progressive body relaxation, conscious breathwork, imagery exercises, mindful movements, nature relations and more.
