This guided workshop will begin with an introduction on what forest bathing is and nature's impacts on well-being and health. Through a series of slow and sensory activities, participants will explore what it means to connect with themselves, one another, and their environment with their senses. In this journey, they will learn how to slow down, and also discover aspects of nature, wellbeing and personal stories that matter to them.
