The No.1 Spicy Marinade was created for marinating chicken in the experimental cafe Zac worked in, the sauce not only can tenderize meat, but has an interesting balance of salty, sour, sweet, and spicy. Suitable to explore cooking with a variety of meat, seafood, vegetables, and noodles.
Net Weight: 200g (can marinate up to 1.5kg of meat, roughly 6 pieces of chicken chop)
1. Tighten & Shake / Stir the marinade (with a dry spoon).
2. Marinate meat to your liking for 3 hours / overnight (suggested portion, 250g of meat, 4 tbsp of sauce, extra can be added to coat noodles).
3. Cook (Oven bake @ 180°C for 25mins / Fry at low-medium heat for 15-20mins).
